Terms of use

1. What Rocktale is

Rocktale is an informational catalogue of films, series and anime. It provides metadata, community verdicts and regional availability pointers. It is not a streaming service, does not host video, and does not sell or rent content.

2. Accounts

You need an account to record verdicts, keep a watchlist or take part in discussions. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person, one account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, verdicts, lists and posts you write. By posting, you grant Rocktale a non-exclusive licence to display and store that content on the platform. You confirm your content is your own work and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Content that harasses, doxxes, spams, or spoils without a spoiler flag may be removed. Repeated violations may result in a ban.

4. Availability information

Streaming availability and release dates change constantly and are provided as-is, with the date each entry was last verified. Rocktale does not guarantee that a title is available on a named service at the time you read it. Always confirm on the provider’s own page.

5. Third-party metadata

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Film and series metadata and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Rocktale infringes your rights, contact the operator with the work identified, the location on the site, your contact details, and a statement of good faith. Valid notices are actioned promptly.

7. No unlicensed links

Availability entries must point to official provider pages only. Users who submit links to unlicensed streams will have those submissions rejected and may lose submission privileges.

8. Changes

These terms may change as the product changes. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
